I was going nuts about it. another way to fix this is to load a situation in which everything worked fine (i.e. save a situation right after install).

It was a nightmare that last the whole evening. I thought that it was normal such a behavior with x plane 10 since I am new to this simulator, I know now that I wasn’t crazy. Thanks so much for looking into this!

might be OT, because I don’t have a stuck throttle but am stuck with my throttle. Which is a PFC analog console with a serial-to-usb converter. XP freezes when I try to access its settings in the menu.

Any hints? (pls disregard/delete if inapproriate)

Boris
