The 11.10 flight model in terms of “to spec” was an order of magnitude better than what came before it, I would say this is now much better in actual behaviour than what came before, but now seems at least slightly off spec compared to 11.10. But short of comparing some modelled vs actual performance (which I can only eyeball) nothing I could detail accurately in a bug report.

This should be better in b2. If you still see this please provide a bug report _detailed_ instructions on how to produce this condition with the built-in S-76.
