We have been revising the per-function docs – some of those edits should be visible now but the next revision will contain the thread-safety status of every APi. That status will be “this is not thread safe”, but at some point we will be able to add a small numbe rof new thread safe APIs to allow for things like background computing of systems, and it will be part of these docs.

Thanks! The extra debug prints in the log helped me find some problems with a couple of my plugins.

I wish the plugin API was a little more “expansive”. I won’t get into specifics here, but sometimes plugin developers find ourselves limited in what we would like to do in X-Plane. You’ve probably received a lot of requests over the years from developers. Perhaps consider reviewing some of those from time to time.

This is great but where’s the detailed documentation of the rules/what’s changed/how to update? Or do we just need to guess? I don’t see any updates to the plugin documentation
